Gov. Gavin Newsom announced that California will fully reopen on June 15 as long as the supply of vaccines is sufficient, and hospitalizations are low.
Californians will still need to wear masks, continue risk reduction measures, and will be encouraged to get vaccinated. The color-coded tier system will end.The state will continue contact tracing and testing to help contain the spread of COVID-19.
